To big for their britches. I had to talk to some offshore woman (she said she was from Florida) and I could not grasp half of what she said. I got them figured out. They don't want to go to court, they want to do numbers, and settle so they will not have to spend time inside a courtroom. I hung up finally and I will find me a real law firm FOR THE PEOPLE. What a racket.

I quit my job do to them telling us we can't discuss or salaries which is a violation of federal labor laws and this law firm says I don't have a case? Wouldn't recommend them. The other attorney I found is taking it up. I do have a case along with the other employees who were threatened with discipline up to termination if we discussed or salaries.

They were thorough about getting the paperwork needed to start the case. After that, I've been on my own. Doing everything myself. I've never talked to my lawyer. Haven't heard anything from them in awhile. I have to be my own lawyer. So much so, they contact me directly because they can't get in touch with my lawyer. How do I go about cancelling this disservice?

In the beginning everything was great very friendly very helpful and was able to answer questions immediately, it has been over a year since my accident and I’m still waiting on a check!! When I call the lawyer that Morgan And Morgan appointed me, I feel like I’m bothering her, I should not have to beg for my settlement check. I am a poor person financially but I would expect to be treated as nice as I was in the beginning, do your homework before you get a lawyer. Over a year later I’m still waiting….. 🤷🏻♀️🤔😞

This law firm says they deal with injuries on the job. Instead they said that they will reach out to some of their affiliates to see can they help me. Not all that they advertise to be. Not for my situation.
