I waited 21 months through silence, evasion, lies & deceptions. 3) Attorneys & 7) Assistant's. Can you really trust anyone when they don't want you to know where they are located? Your just a (#) & a (pay~day).Might treat you differently if you've got more $$$ coming...but wouldn't bet on it. Didn't get (more) had to settle for less without getting surgery for second injury from wreck. He says; Is what it is...funny, never heard that commercial. Befriend a good, individual law firm. Don't loose 40% of your $$$ off the top! Please get (UM/UIM INSURANCE}2 COVER YOURSELF. I'm older plus great driver...no one educated me. Enough said> Be Informed.

I have had many people in my life use Morgan and Morgan and they got the help they needed.

I enjoy working with Morgan and Morgan. They have been very supportive of my decisions and they really make me feel like they understand me on a emotional level as well.. They Do a good job keeping me updated.

Smh DO NOT PICK THIS FIRM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME ... I've been going back and forth with them for a year and a half about my case. You would swear I was arguing with lawyers that weren't suppose to be originally on my side. Got hit in the back of my car on the middle of the day while sitting still at a light, most likely have permanent nerve damage and headaches everyday which have gotten worse over time and a pain in my back that keeps me up most nights and is also keeping me from pursing any jobs where i can use my CDLS. Could only get seen by the doctors for 2 months and denied everything else and then told I could only end up getting $6000 for my case and being persuaded by them not to take it to trial. To be one of the biggest law firms, you would think this was a walk in the park. Should have just sued the insurance company by myself UPDATE: case has been settled for 2 months and haven't gotten paid, I'm just being told that the are waiting on the check.

Because Mrs Whitaker took time to listen to what I had to say and she made sure that I understood what she explained to me.

She shows concern and her reaching out after the last case manager, who didn't appear to be interested in my wife and I, is a breath of fresh air

Whitney keeps in contact with me, and responds very promptly to any emails I send her with updates about my medical care. I've had a few case managers since this journey has started, but she is far and above the best one.
