Well so far I've not been able to get into any doctors or any help with any resources to be able to manage the pain that I've experienced. It feels like to me that my caseworker is only doing minimal footwork and not really fighting aggressively for me with the insurance company I believe it's very passive that I'm not pleased with

She has done an excellent job communicating with us and letting us know what to expect as well as keeping up with time missed from work and all documentation. Highly recommend Jessica and Morgan & Morgan .

Absolutely trash. I requested help for my SSDI case, signed the retainer paperwork and all, received an email saying I did so. Their CALL CENTER called me and told me I needed to apply for SSDI AGAIN, the rep refused to listen to me so I asked for a supervisor, he argued and said there were NO supervisors whatsoever. I asked to be connected with someone in the local office, I was told they do not have their number and I HAVE to deal with these overseas reps that do not listen, just read from a screen. In the wait message John Morgan talks about his brother being screwed over by lawyers and judges and how devastating it was for him to watch. It's a farce, his company does not care one but!¡

Lexus has been great to work with! She shows compassion consideration and caring for our needs and we thank her very much for all she's doing to help us.

Is a good company answer all my questions

I have not heard anything since I first registered. Before I registered they were calling daily. I havenot talked to my lawyer yet. How is the case looking?

Well I fell it has taken way to long to finish out this case and in order to be updated I have to continue to call ever mouth

My medical case manager Ms Alexandria Herring has been really good about keeping me and my husband updated about all things medical. The attorney Ms. McKenzie Parker was good about getting back in contact with me when I had questions about the case. Both Ms.Alexandria Herring and Ms.McKenzie Parker has been pleasant on the times we had conversations via call or text.
