I haven’t been reached out to a single time about my case. The only time I get a call is so I can update them about my pain and that’s not even from my “team” it’s from customer service people in a call center. I’m finding a new lawyer.
The only good part of my experience was the first girl I talked to when they were deciding if my case was worth their time. She was amazing.

Because my case manager seems caring and understanding. When I speak with her or anyone on her team, I'm well informed of anything I'm unsure about. I feel like my case is in good hands and I have nothing to stress about. I appreciate her information and dedication.
