My case manager from the very first day I spoke with her I knew I had very good team the way she explained what I could expect from my team. That's why I feel so strongly about my team .

I have had a horrible experience since day 1. I was injured in a car accident that was not my fault, at all, I reached out to them although they responded quickly they barely looked into my case and didnt put forth the effort to actually review every detail their was. There was no thorough investigation into my situation, I sent messages and called for weeks to no avail in the meantime getting claims of lawsuits, and numerous medical bills. After I responded truthfully to a survey about Ms. Hillari, I was then sent a message the very next morning from her saying that they could not help me any longer. It’s terrible that you can’t get any help at all. I’m so disappointed with them. And may I add I never ever spoke with my attorney that was assigned to my case. Smh….

Because I believe that I can count on them and I put my trust in them to do their job
