great guy! took care of my case from start to finish. i never had to worry about court dates, all i had to do was visit my doctor and concentrate on my recovery after a car wreck. Ben took care of the rest. i was referred by one of my dad's friend & i would highly recommend him to everyone.

You never get to speak with they attorney if they are appointed to you, but only when it is during court. I asked for documentation to be sent to them before my remand date, showing I served my time. The lady I spoke with over the phone said they finally received it on Monday. When I asked if I needed to go to remand, she told me no. That was such a lie making me look really bad. Now the lady she works with said she did not say no. If they are going to be your appointed attorneys, be wary of speaking to those answering. They like to lie and make you look bad!!

Ben Crittenden took my case when other so called lawyers yawned at my case. My case was my life after being injured on the job and being thrown to the wolves by my kindly employer. I can say this that the law is written in favor of the State and Employer, but Ben persevered, where most would have given up. It is a disgrace the way the law is written within Alaska. Having said that, Ben Crittenden showed tremendous fortitude and honor on my behalf. He worked tirelessly, and after over a year and half, my case was settled in what most would consider a win. Most lawyers including judges could learn a thing or two about humility, honor, trust, and just downright roll up your gold cuff-links and work for your client...Corporations don't need lawyers except to escape justice, but individuals do to protect themselves from the predatory laws, rules, policies, and organizations who wrote and prey on those of us unfortunate to fall within their cross-hairs. Ben Crittenden is an honorable lawyer, and coming from someone who has studied the law, I say that very rarely. God Bless him and his family and I humbly thank you Ben....

10.2018: Gayle is routinely available to translate documents and tactics taken by the other party. I have been on a pay arrangement with Gayle, and without her kindness I would not be able to afford counsel. I am more than pleased with Gayle's office and services. 2018: just want to thank Gayle and her office for all she does. She is a very busy lady, but that doesn't stop this powerhouse. So far i have no complaints about her, just more questions to our judges in the circuit.. September 2017: all is well again. The office was simply flooded with a slough of court appearances in both Anchorage and the valley. This office works like no other. July 2017 no one has been returning emails or anything. Seems very out of the blue. Not sure what has transpired here to cause this. Certainly alarming. I've gotten an invoice but no return to phone calls or emails. This is certainly different than what i experienced starting out. Feb 2017 Have been working with this office for a while now. They are very busy and sure to this sometimes take a while to get back to you. So far, I'd recommend them

Ben took my case after being fired for an injury on the job. I'm not going to lie to you, the next year and a half of my life was a living hell on earth, but Ben Crittenden stood by me, with me, and for me. I'm 46 years old and at one point, I sobbed over the phone, because of everything I'd been through, but we won. We went up against one of the largest companies with one of the best law firms that they could throw at us. Ben was patient, kind, straight forward, but most of all honest. If you need an attorney, you would be an absolute fool not to hire or at least consult this fine gentleman. I'm glad I did, and today, although not perfect, I have my life back.

Mr. Crittenden was a business associate, and when I had a car accident, I immediately thought of him to represent me. I was more than pleased at the results of my choice! Ben is the most fair, honest and forthright attorney I've ever known! That says a lot having worked for attorneys for decades. He represented me in a way, that if your family member was injured in an accident or harmed, that you would pursue all means and avenues to make them whole again. I felt like Ben was representing his "sister" in my case. He took care of dealing with the insurance companies, obtaining my medical records, communicating with the insurance company's attorney and making sure I had time to recover and obtain proper treatment before any considerations were made that would permanently seal my fate. Comrades: My pretrial motion to dismiss case 3AN-16-02748CR was filed with the Municipal Prosecutor's office on 30 March 2016 and Attorney Michael H.T. Graper of Denali Law Group received his copy via email today. All-in-all, there is nothing to this charge except some police misconduct since nothing in the official charging document is factual: This charge of disorderly conduct is deferred-reckoning for some other issue that police believe they couldn't address well enough. The charge is trumped-up: It's bogus, false, and stinks of police vendetta.
