I contacted a few law offices before I finally came across The Law Office of Joshua P. Fink. The way they greeted me made me feel like a very important client and Mr. Fink took note of any and every detail of my case I had at the time. He his very military friendly and Mr. Fink made my family feel very confident with him by our side the entire time. He is straight forward and went completely out of is way to assure the best possible out come for my case. I am very grateful for their excellent job. To anyone needing or looking for a Defense Attorney, I highly recommend giving his office a call. If I ever need one again, I will gladly come back and ask him to represent me.

Mr. Crittenden has been working on my case for I would say almost 2 years and I highly absolutely recommend him! Not taking new cases.

I recommended Mr. Fink to handle a close friend's DUI case. He immediately handled an initial problem because of his good relationship with the DA's office and his excellent understanding and knowlege of the law. Then he handled a hearing in the case remarkably. He knew the law and made appropriate procedural suggestions to the Court. It is obvious that he is extremely intelligent. He was firm, but respectful and professional, in his presentation to the Court, and in his cross-examination of witnesses. His approach and strategy was effective and rendered a positive result. He continued to be very responsive in subsequent proceedings and won a tough battle in the case. I would recommend him again in a heartbeat.
