Evan was honest about risks, communicative when it was important, very prepared, and nimble on his feet. While I don't want to welcome the court experience again, 10/10 I'd hire Evan and team (Annikka and Carly) again.

You need Evan Barrickman and his Awesome Team if your case is anything like mine: I retained Evan to help me in gaining custody of my son from an individual who concealed the fact that I had a child with her, then withheld my son from me after obtaining child support and then demoralized the image of my character at any chance she had, to anyone she could- to include my own family members and close friends. This individual used my son as leverage for monetary gain, and other manipulative reasons. Before the hearing- the other party retaliated to my complaint by using crazy false allegations against me in an attempt to claim DV and obtain an ex parte restraining order for stalking (it was denied), spread nasty and false depictions of me at my place of employment, and attempted to manipulate my co-workers, my ex, my current girlfriend, and even my own father against me through the use of subpoenas (they didn't even have involvement in my case). Then, during the hearing, the individual used a display of erratic and high emotions, combined with more extreme and bizarre false stories to further try to attack my character in attempts to stop me from gaining custody of my son. If this story sounds similar, then your success, your livelihood, and your emotional state needs Evan Barrickman and his Awesome Team. Evan took my case on and from the very beginning was very straightforward, honest, open, and had high integrity. I enjoyed knowing that Evan was very straight up about the outlook of the case, costs, timing, and always gave me options on what I could choose and do- which made me believe that he genuinely cared not only about my concerns, but about how my money was being best utilized. He always discussed information candidly and efficiently, and I never was confused in the entire process of where things stood, what was needed, and what was being worked on.
