I have been to couple of lawyers for consultation before I decided to visit attorney stock for consultation about my asylum case, second day I decided to hire her for my asylum case as she deomostrated professional attitude and showed deep knowledge in the immigration field, but most important she set the expectation right from the beginning. The last was very important factor for my deciding to hire her. Attorney stock and her team handled my case with care and they paid attention to the minor details and helped me through the case preperation. Few months after we filed my case my work transferred me from Anchorage to Houston Texas. When the interview time come 15 months after the filing date, attorney stock flew all the way down to Houston one day before the interview to prepare for my interview, I have to admit it was a very thorough session which helped me a lot during the actual interview in the next day. When we entered the USCIS office, everybody showed respect to her which gave me a lot of confidence, even the immigration officer mentioned that I am lucky to have attorney stock as my lawyer , indeed she ( the officer) was right. The interview went smooth and attorney stock interviend when needed. Yesterday she called me to give me the wonderful news that I have been approved as asylee in the United States and a day after I received the communication from USCIS confirming that. me and my wife were so lucky to have her as our lawyer and I thank her and her responsive team from my heart for the hard and professional work .

Margaret Stock is my "S"hero! I am very happy with the service the team at Cascadia provides me. Margaret Stock was very thorough with my case and she warned me about all the worst-case scenarios, so I was well prepared. All the staff members were also nice and greeted me and offered me a drink every time I visited the office. Some attorneys I met told me to not to proceed with my case, but Margaret took my case and won! I am 100% satisfied with the results, and I recommend her if you have a problem with your immigration case. Margaret and her staff members filed all of the paperwork in a timely manner, constantly updated me with the status of my case, and were always able to answer my questions even if I was having an emotional break. First, I thought her consultation fee was pricey, but it was WORTH it!!

Margaret Stock advised me on a fiance immigration matter back in 2014. Paid $500 for a 90 minute phone call and an email because she was "the best." Her advice was accurate, but unimpressive. She advised me on a course of action, but I feel she left out advice that could have sped up the process. I ended up waiting 8 months for my then fiance's I-129F to be approved. Would have waited several more months if I hadn't disregarded Ms. Stock's advice in month 5 and requested help from my Congressman. Congressman's office was also able to get my then fiance's visa interview expedited. "No interview appointments available at the embassy for two months" suddenly became, "we can see you this week." For the price and the reputation, I expected the best. I ended up with mediocre. She did respond to an email months after the initial consultation and not charge me so I'll give her that. She also seems pretty knowledgeable, but I feel like the best would have known to ask for help from my Congressman. I had a sympathetic case. Active duty officer, previously stationed overseas in country of fiance's residence; separated from fiance and newborn child, etc. A better attorney would have known how to leverage those factors and who to contact in order to achieve the best outcome for her client.
