Attorney Margaret Stock was highly recommended and endorsed to us by another immigration lawyer from state of Illinois due to the urgency of my brother’s complicated legal situation and we were assured that she will be the best lawyer, who is very competent and very knowledgeable, in the field of military immigration laws, and one who can help us. During our initial consultation with her, she already presented to us the “Big picture” of what the process is going to be like, what forms are needed to be prepared and all that. She was very clear and thorough with her explanations. In less than 24 hours, she communicated to us that she was able to obtain an alien # for my brother concerned in this case. Already we have seen how professionally competent and diligent she is. She helped us through every step of the process until the end. For only a period of 2 months, my brother finally got his US citizenship just in time for Veterans Day. Even with the time difference we have between Alaska and Florida, it is indeed a huge sacrifice for her to get up early for a scheduled USCIS interview for my brother. We are very appreciative of the advice, consultation and the preparation of our Living Trust with the guidance from Foley & Pearson. Our mission almost 20 years ago (January of 2003) was to assure that we had an estate plan and Living Trust to assure the transition of our estate to our benefactors after our death. The assistance of the Foley & Foley staff (now Foley & Pearson) was critical in this process. Chelsea Ray Riekkola was instrumental in her guidance and development and continued maintenance of our Living Trust.

We have had our living trust with Foley & Foley / Foley & Pearson since 2003. The staff is efficient and helpful. They answered all our "what if....." questions. Chelsea is abound with energy. We feel very satisfied and fortunate to have our living trust with Foley & Pearson.
