I had some trouble with a few other law firms not getting things done. But Farnsworth and Vance stepped up and got things done for me very quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone. They communicated with me every step of the way. Awesome group of people!

After consulting multiple attorneys and no luck obtaining one, I was highly recommended to check out Farnsworth & Vance. While they were not able to take my case after a free consultation they gave me the next best course of action to make sure I protect my rights. I highly recommend giving them a call because even if they can't take your case they will personally guide to someone who will or the next best steps.

The only reason I give this review a 2 star rating is for the professionalism displayed by everyone at Farnsworth & Vance. Had a car accident back in 2021, kind of a tough case as there wasn’t any evidence and it was a “he said/he said” type of case. I did sustain injuries however. The case never really moved forward, as I felt F&V felt this would be a much bigger case in the beginning when we first had our initial consultation. As it turned out I had roughly $15,000 in medical bills, Jeff advised me to stop treatment even before I felt I was fully healed because I was seeing a “chiropractor” and not a real doctor and a jury wouldn’t look to fond about it. I was lied to as Jeff said they sent a demand letter for “$20,000” only to receive the same exact email from Farnsworth & Vance that I got in 2021 regarding the liability decision from the other insurance company. It was still even dated december 2021, even tho this email came roughly 8 months later. When I decided to part ways with F&V, they sent me all my records, there was never a demand letter sent out. I hired a new attorney in Anchorage - and 3 months later the new attorney reached a settlement with the at fault drivers insurance Company for $64,000 and then obtained another $15,000 from my own insurance company. I dont believe this would’ve ever been possible had I stayed with F&V as it felt as if they were trying to persuade me into dropping the case and not filing suit - even tho they always said they’d be more than willing to even if it wasn’t a wise choice in their opinion because Alaska is a loser pay state and we had no evidence.

For someone who has never gone through this process before, Lydia walked me through the process effortlessly. She was always available to communicate, was transparent, and a great backboard that you could run ideas off of. Hopefully I never get in a car accident again, but if I did. I wouldn’t hesitate to see Lydia at Fransworth and Vance Accident Attorneys.
