I was in an auto accident that the at fault was denying. Between a totaled vehicle and my injuries, I knew I’d need an attorney. I’m so glad I found this office. From the first visit to the day I went by to pick up my check, everyone was attentive, helpful, and seemed to have my best interest in mind. They were realistic with the timeline and what to expect. I feel like Ty and Lydia made the best outcome of an unlucky situation. I’m so thankful for each person on their team, and while I hope I don’t need to use them again any time soon, I know they’re who I’m going back to without hesitation.

I am a not from Alaska but I suffered an injury there. I reached out to a number of attorneys seeking legal representation for my situation. Several gave me the brush off while most didn’t respond at all. You can imagine my surprise when Jeff Vance called me personally to discuss whether or not I had a case. He introduced himself and we chatted briefly then arranged a Zoom meeting the following week. It turns out, unfortunately for me, by Alaska law I simply don’t have a case. Nonetheless Jeff spent approximately 45 minutes on the phone with me explaining in great detail why my circumstances don’t constitute a liability case in Alaska. The mysteries of life never disappoint. One minute I'm leaving the grocery store with dinner for my wife and I, and then I hear the sound of crackling gravel, the slight revving of and engine, and "wham" I'm airborne.
