I called Jason after searching "lawyers near me" in a search engine. As his office is just over a mile from where I live, his name came up first, and I made the call. I told him my story and he just said, "I can help you." And he did. Now, the area where I need legal help isn't what he practices, so what he did is, he referred me to a lawyer who does. I'm at a point where I don't know what I don't know, and things are happening fast. His help and his referral were a weight off my shoulders. Additionally, when I went into his office to have the documents he advised notarized, his staff were both warm and inviting even though I wasn't a "paying customer." Jason and his office care. It's refreshing to encounter these days. Thanks, Jason.

Not even 1 star should be 0 he never call my husband, he made my husband wait for 1 hr! He never apologize, I don’t recommend any one to call this lawyer very un professional!!!!!

Absolute waste of money on this attorney. He did nothing for my brother but file continuances, and when he finally had a court date, Mr. Allan no showed. He was completely worthless and incompetent! He should’ve retired at least a decade ago. Don’t waste your money!

Dealing with any legal issue from out of state is stressful. Currently dealing with a difficult child custody situation and other party that is challenging. In addition, I am out of state and handling complex legal issues remotely. Mr. Allan has provided legal assistance in my case and continues to provide legal services for my current child custody issues.

Dan helped me with getting custody established. Dan was reasonable with the retainer and made himself available for calls. The staff was friendly and accessible even on short notice. During the long drawn out price with the court system, Dan and his staff kept me updated. Dan and the staff are patient and do not make you feel rushed when on the phone or when meeting in person. During a court hearing, the opposing counsel did some questionable actions during a hearing and attempted to mislead the court. Dan defended my position and hit them with the facts. The Judge even admonished the opposing counsel and issued a civil fine payable to Dan’s office to replace money spent against my retainer. Thank you for the help.
