Horrible law firm. I had a consultation with Dan, who seemed knowledgeable, but was later and unbeknownst to me assigned a totally different lawyer who retired in the middle of my case, upon which I got a newbie who didn't know anything. Not only did I lose, but in an agreed upon shared custody agreement in mediation, I somehow lost even that by bad filing and representation. Absolutely do not hire this firm. Horrible experience, and I'm seven years down the road just writing this review to warn other people.

I hired Dan Allan to represent me in my divorce/custody case but Immediately after receiving my retainer he assigned an attorney who was fresh out of law school named Larissa Hail. Since my case was very complicated and had many different issues that had to be addressed I assumed that someone who knew what they were doing was going to represent me, I was wrong! She never returned my calls or emails and when she finally did it was only after I would write an email stating how dissatisfied I was with the way she was handling my case! After several motions were filed with wrong information on them due to her not allowing me to read through them before filing them and the lack of communication on her part I eventually had to take a deal I was totally unhappy with just so I could get some kind of visitation with my daughter! I had evidence proving everything I was saying was the truth and that what he was saying was not true but she refused to file anything I had and the very few things she did finally file were the things that were not even worth filing! If you need an attorney that will be on your side and want to get the most out of the money you have to pay then look elsewhere cause this firm is not looking out for what is in your best interest at all! At the price of $295 and $395 per hour you should get something more than a fresh out of law school no nothing attorney who can’t even return a call or bother to get information on motions filed with the court correct!

Do NOT use this company. The do not put any effort into helping their clients, they didn't do any leg work in verifying my dads financials at all along with no contact to his lawyer. Not only did they drag it out, not return calls or emails but they also had multiple area's of incorrect information on the divorce papers and everything they needed was provided. Obviously they don't proof read. It took them over 2 months to provide a divorce decree with the seal so financials could be settled. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. BBB and the Bar Association will also be contacted about this businesses poor service.

I too had a great initial consultation with Dan himself. Immediately afterwards another attorney was put on the case. From there things went down hill quickly. This attorney rarely returned my calls, only calling to confirm info the night before paperwork was due. I never got to see what they were writing on my behalf until it was already submitted. Let me tell you it was terrible. They use the wrong names, sometimes switching the logic in her statements to make it sound like I would be a bad person to allow my children to stay with me. I mean come on! Proof read! When we complained that we would like to have better communication and proof read the documents before they are submitted our attorney told us that even the opposing council thought her documents were excellent and that she was even offered a job! Is this highschool? Ultimately when we tried to ask for different representation at the law firm, they immediately stated how we owe them money and they wont be doing that until we bring our balance to zero. We wouldn't have owed them anything had they done their jobs right from the start and killed it from going to trial. We parted ways soon after and won our case on our own due to our abundant evidence for a case that was completely hearsay and should never have had made it to trial in the first place.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT go through this firm. The lawyers here only care about money, not you. They lied to me and made me over pay for services I didnt ask for. They overcharged me and did not provide me with all documents I was supposes to be given after the case was closed. My lawyer was rude and would not fight for me. They would only respond when I had a payment due but would never answer any other questions. There are better attorneys for better prices that will not rip you off.

I hired dan Allan for my custody/divorce which was pretty complicated in all aspects! Immediately after he received my $4000. Retainer fee he put another attorney on my case and I have had trouble getting her on the phone or returning my emails ever since! On top of that I was never even talked to about him switching attorneys, the only way I knew was because I looked up my case online! Well since she has filed 2 separate things with the court with wrong info on them because she doesn't consult me before doing so! I am probly going to lose everything and I can't be more disappointed!

Hi I would to express my negative experience with this Law Office, I had my case handle over to attorney after attorney and having to keep explaining my case over and over " And getting charged while doing so. I always had all the evidence to make my case strong and none of it was presented to the judge resulting in the denial of my case! And the mentioned has mentioned if I had proof and have expamole which I had, I'm sure I would have won it... The office lack communication and when ask question get frsutrsted and remind you they are getting paid to do a in which isn't a good service at all. Just a huge waste of time and a lack professionalism or care for the client case, I wish no one has to go through the this stressful ordeal.
