I met you through a friend a year ago without knowing and you said if I ever need your help you would be there for me and how crazy life is a year later I needed you and you didn't disappoint thank you sir I really appreciate everything you and your staff have done for me.

Dan will personally take your calls. Retainer amount is much more reasonable than other family lawyers.

I was working with Dan Allen and he kept saying we’d file but he never did. I’ve called and emailed with no response. I have voicemails from 08/2020 and he never even filed the paperwork to the point where it may be too late for me to even pursue my case anymore. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Dan and his staff, did nothing. I was forced to hire a new attorney. They lost my first appeal and cost me an extra $700.00 court fine for not responding but somehow that is my fault.

I can’t speak well enough of Mr.Allan. Trust me if you need a lawyer to represent your custody/ divorce case go to him. Even through the epidemic and courts were backed up he was always right there if I needed anything throughout his busy schedule. May I add during this whole process my court case was in Alaska while I lived 4,000 miles away at the time and he still made a point to make sure I was up to date and communicated with me as if I were there. He fought hard in representing me and is very witty and genuine. Nothing really gets past him in court. You can tell he is a very experienced lawyer and I wouldn’t have won without him. Thank you Dan Allan!

The other side wanted $4000 a month Spousal support, He countered with that we wanted Custody of an independent 21 year old. I had to pay the $4000 plus Heath Insurance. Talking with the legal assistances was told ,That if She got the house, I would get my pension. Alaska is a 50/50 state. At the trial he comes dressed in a costume like a 1930 British sports car driver or golfer would wear. I got 30% of my pention and 20% of property and no house. He made me do discovery on my assets and handed them over to the other side, yet refused to get information of her assets which turned out to be considerable. I suspect he was working for the other side. The results would indicate this, or he is way to inept to represent anyone.
