I had a very intensive case for my security clearance and JANET helped me and assured me I have very high potential for getting approved, even thought my SOR was very overwhelming she helped me all the way through and she was right. Extremely frustrating experience with this law office.
My father passed and this firm was handling probate details.
I needed to sign a couple documents and no longer live local to the office.
The documents were emailed to me and I had them notarized and shipped the physical copies back. The documents were received Monday April 29th.
On Monday May 6th, Terri Erickson emailed saying she sent the wrong documents and I would need to go through the process again. Ok, mistakes happen. She provided a new document for me to sign.
I went to have the new document signed and she made a mistake on my name. The notary would not notarize the document. Another wasted trip.
The lack of attention to details is surprising.
I would highly recommend looking for a different law office. The attorney Terri works for is Leslee Hungerford.

I would highly recommend Susan Heikkila! She assisted me with an issue that related to my settled divorce. Uncooperative spouses can be very distressing especially when there is a signed divorce decree. Susan was extremely diligent and reassuring. She is very good at holding both opposing counsel and their client accountable. I'm grateful for the efforts and time she put forth to solve this issue.

Victor is an amazing attorney to say the least! I originally hired Victor based upon his stellar reputation as well as his experience with appeals and I can say with full confidence that I am extremely glad I did. After months of working with Victor on my case through the appellate process, I have been nothing short of highly impressed with Victor's skill, knowledge, and professionalism.
He has been very thorough with my case, and he is always great about keeping me up to date on the latest updates, filings, etc. I also greatly appreciate how Victor always makes himself available to answer any questions that I may have regarding my case and the appeals process as a whole. To say Florence restored my faith in lawyers is an understatement. I was in search of a lawyer to help me through a civil case and Florence was the only one who took the time to look over my case and respond to my inquires. We consulted with Dorothy about a possible appeal of a Federal District Court ruling that went against our company.
Dorothy was very impressive, and if we proceed with the appeal, we definitely intend to engage her.
She took the time to review the relevant documents and information, and it was clear she had a full grasp of the issues and was able to express her opinion in a very clear and concise way.
She did not try to oversell us on the prospects of our appeal. As business people, we appreciated her total honesty and frankness about the risks/rewards of an appeal, the cost and timing.

I had an issue with the one of the large bank and I hired Keren for my civil case. Keren has been excellent to work with.

Karen Gesund handled my case, she’s straight forward, answers her phone and responded very quickly to an email I believe it was a weekend. When a debt collector in my words, “tried to get me,” by suing me, she backed them off me. She settled my case for less than half of what was owed. I really thought I was going to have to pay them half at the least but Karen Gesund got it down more than half. I’m so glad I found her. Brad was wonderful to work with through my case. I was in such a difficult place after my issue with previous homeowners and I felt like I didn't know where to turn or what to do next. Robin Beattie...best Lawyer for family law. I never had to retain her. I "consulted" with her about 4-5 times over a couple years on how to proceed with my ex. She didn't want me to waste my funds because she knew I was a single parent only receiving $150/month child support. She didn't just teach me the law and help me represent myself to the courts, she taught me how to speak and present myself in a way the courts will listen. She helped me to stand strong and keep fighting for my girls. Which I did. In the end I had a Decision Maker dismissed, a Child Investigation Report thrown out that stated they should live with their Dad and, the best part, standing up to a narcissistic and abusive person defeated him and he signed over full custody with the snap of my fingers. I'm a shark because of her. I not only won against the ex and the courts, I carried all of the skills I learned from her into my business and day to day life. I might not be a lawyer, but I sure do know the law better than I did. The most important lesson I learned through my time with Robin was that the courts do not care about how you feel. Not at all. They care about the law so you have to speak to them like you're a law book.

When one goes through a divorce, it's easy to let one's emotions drive the train. Robin managed to be completely empathetic to my feelings while still keeping things in perspective as to what ultimately mattered. I think a lot of attorneys stay detached so they can stay professional, or they get too emotionally involved in their clients situation. I'll scenarios are completely understandable in my opinion , but Robin does neither. She's warm yet professional. I can't recommend her highly enough

Best attorney ever! I had a horrible experience with my hoa not releasing old liens and double billing during litigation. We went back and forth for 13 years until I hired Jonathan Dessaules as my hoa attorney within 2 months my liens were released and my ledger was zero. I highly recommend any issues you may have with your hoa hire him do not try to fight on your own the laws are easily mis leading hard to understand he knew every law Jonathan was able explain why it was not right to me and he was able to have it cleared up fast. I had an almost 6000 ledger go to zero for my family to truly start fresh! I wish I found him in 2010 would have saved me so much more.

Our HOA sued us over our addition due to a setback violation. We had never had to retain a lawyer before in our lives and suddenly we were in a panic.
We contacted Jon Dessaules from Dessaules Law Group and from the first conversation we knew we had come to the right place. Jon knew from experience the possible outcomes and walked us through what would most likely happen. Before our initial conversation, Jon took the time to review the facts about the case and various documents we had provided.

Peter James esq. has been my armor and shield against my narcissistic Borderline personality ex-wife saying anything she thinks might sway the judge including (I kid you not) that I treat our daughter like "a modern-day Cinderella" in her actual motion! Peter often cited cases of precedence from memory during consultation and always included these in his written and verbal arguments. He did not waste time with hearsay and stuck to referencing actual requisites of family law for the judge to weigh against whatever false or twisted half truth that (sadly in Nevada) must be taken as true unless evidence to the contrary is provided. Peter is the only reason I have maintained primary custody of my kids and I am so grateful.
