Mr. Gary Williams is a smart, thoughtful, knowledgeable and tenacious attorney. We recently settled an ongoing dispute regarding the enforcement of the terms of a prenuptial agreement. It was an arduous and frustrating 5 year long process as my ex fought us every step of the way. Mr. Williams and his staff stood by me through this whole ordeal with understanding and patience and ending up getting me a deal that was fair and protected me from my ex. My ex is a very vindictive person and I was concerned he may seek retribution now that the case was settled. Mr. Williams took my concerns to heart and included language in the settlement barring him from harassing me in the future. That meant a lot to me. His staff is also wonderful. Very professional and helpful. In addition, Mr. Williams’s staff ending up saving me some money on fees as he is able to delegate certain tasks to paralegals and other staff members that bill at a much lower rate. Patrick Wilson was introduced to me by the senior partner of the latest law firm that I had hired. I was informed that Pat is the DUI specialist in the firm and he would be taking the lead on my case. At this point I had already hired two other criminal defense attorneys and spent 3 years in county jail on a no-bond pretrial detention order. Pat came to see me at the county jail and I explained to him my situation. Right away he asked me a series of questions that the other attorneys never did. His experience in his profession and criminal defense cases shined through right away. During our consultations, he provided a lot of insight about my case. Unknown information is the greatest contributor to fear. Pat very quickly earned my trust because he was honest, hardworking, and unique. He did not make promises or give me unrealistic expectations and was not afraid to deeply dissect situations and entertain the possible outcomes. He made me feel less afraid in the toughest moment in my life because he gave me hard facts and not theories. I received more useful information through his consultations than I did with my other paid attorneys. The discussions were clear and the proposed outcomes were realistic. Which in turn created a bond between Pat and myself that soon turned into a friendship. The best thing about Pat is that he is the type of attorney I could trust— both in character and skill sets. At this point Pat and my legal team came in for a conference as usual. We went over depositions, expert witness preparations, and strategies. After an exhausting couple hours, I was informed that Pat had far exceeded the rate of growth that the firm could sustain and would be opening his own practice. As you can imagine, my heart dropped here. I am in jail and the shooting star of an attorney that was handling my case was leaving. Well, that was not the case because Pat assured me that he would see my case through to the end. Throughout the process of court, Pat was always by far the most enthusiastic and engaging attorney. One court date in particular, Pat recognized an opportunity to speak to the ASA to negotiate a deal even if he felt at the time that it was difficult. He went for it anyways. His ability to sense and seize an opportunity is due to his experience and his confidence in his skill sets. Pat did not turn away from “difficult” and “uncomfortable” situations; he was able to land an unheard deal for me. Every dollar spent on hiring Pat was more than worth it. I cannot be more satisfied with his service. He is an honest professional who truly keeps his client’s best interest and outcome in the highest regard. Today I am able to live my life in full again because of him. I highly recommend Patrick Wilson.

My husband is a youth offender and he has been in prison for over 24 years, he had his 1st board hearing July 7, 2023 and he was found situatable. Ms. Letarte did an amazing job preparing my husband and giving us the family guidance and templates. My very 1st call to her was one of the best experiences I had. I had felt i had hit a dead end with the lack of interest, all others asked for a retainer to be able to speak to us, she was different. She talked to me for about 40 minutes, giving me options and guiding me, she never asked for money until we hired her. Yolanda her legal assistant is also fabulous. I have had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Casey and utilizing his services during one of the roughest periods of my life. Mr. Casey has represented me during a rather emotionally turbulent divorce proceeding. He has always demonstrated the qualities of integrity, skill, and professionalism beyond reproach. He is a man of intelligence who is skilled in his craft as a litigator.
I happened to have one of those "he said, she said" sort of scenarios with rather significant allegations. Mr. Casey was not phased by the task at hand. He was the best champion for my case I could ever ask for. His attention to detail was impeccable, and was able to illustrate for the court the inconsistencies in the testimonies of opposing counsel's witnesses.
Mr. Casey has two rules: be kind and polite to his office staff, and be honest and forthcoming with information. He will not judge you. He WILL be your advocate. When I made the decision to modify custody for my daughter I knew it was going to take a GREAT attorney to make it happen. My son’s defense council misrepresented him which resulted in his lengthy prison sentence. Luckily, we were able to obtain council from Ms. DuMond and her associates. Earlier this year, I contacted Ms. Downey for help with a family situation involving my dog. I had spent a whole week calling lawyer after lawyer, and due to the nature of the case and the fact I knew nothing about legal proceedings, I was pretty overwhelmed. Finally, I was referred to Ms. Downey, and I was immediately blown away by her compassion, in-depth knowledge, and proactivity.
I talked to her for almost an hour, and she could not have been kinder or more understanding. We were able to "resolve" the situation in a timely manner, and she would check in afterwards to see if I had any updates. When the same situation was escalated a few months later, Ms. Downey came to the rescue once again.
I truly cannot say enough good things about Ms. Downey. She's professional, diligent, and never leaves you in the dark. Importantly for me and my case, she is also a lover of animals. When I was initially searching for lawyers, I got the sense that many of them didn't really "get" it, but Ms. Downey had no problem seeing just how much my dog meant to me. After hiring a different lawyer in February 2018 that was diligently working on my case, we ended up pairing with John about 9months into the case. John was diligent, informative and took a real interest in my case. We spoke about my options and listened to my requests. John worked throughout the weekend before my probable cause hearing to find holes in the officers story. I was facing prison time as it would have been my 3rd DWI. John saved my life and my job! I have a habit of getting huge speeding tickets. I got yet another one and this was MAJOR! I was close to receiving a probationary dismissal from a supervisor with negative re-hire codes as a reprisal for an EEO complaint.
