there is no star option. When Peter Follenweider took my case pro bono I thought I won a lottery as I could not afford a lawyer when my husband filed for divorce. I was misrepresented by Peter and I still wonder what is the connection between him and the judge. My sister in law wrote to me: You have been validated. You got screwed. I don’t know what more I can say. I was left by my husband in Poland with 2 small children with no job no money no housing still the judge did not award me any alimony. All this with the permission and on the watch of Peter. He did not fight for my justice at all. I am in late 50's with no assets. I do not have my own house. I have many medical issues that effect my earning while my ex enjoys 5000+ VA benefits a month tax free with his lover. His disabilities are supposedly PTSD but he is absolutely fit and healthy. n my opinion his disabilities are a hoax. Stay away from Peter Follenweider. He ruin my life. I look with fear in the next year as my salary of 1000 USD a month is just enough to rent studio. I do not have a car.

I was referred to Tracy by a corporate attorney and I am writing in now to express my sincere thanks to Tracy for her outstanding lawyer services on my case. I had a complicated civil court case related to custody that went on for far too long in the county court (it was so very stressful) and then resulted in my needing to file bankruptcy (which just added to even more stress), following also an appeals filing to the custody case, as well. I hired the firm Hill and Ponton and was assigned Ms. Brewer. Herself and the firm did exactly as advertised. VA - 100% Unemployable and Disabled, SAA - Full Disability. It only took a few months, after 3 tries on my own I did not get the benefits entitled too me. I contacted her Firm and with her work as well as her staff they made things right! If you are in need as I was months back too get what you deserve as a Veteran be sure too call Ms Brewer or the Firm Hill and Ponton!

Mr. Dube' represented me in regards to my being sued by my brother. At our mother's request, I had been appointed Trustee of my brother's Special Needs trust for the previous 7 years.
My brother has had a 60 year history of mental problems…diagnosed with manic depressive, obsessive compulsive disorders. He had been in and out of mental facilities for the past 40 years.
Sadly this suit was depleting my brother's trust (his only means of support). Mr. Dube' stood by me with level headed advise and respect for my decisions.
Mr. Dube' saw me thru the emotional ups and downs that were ever present, as is the case with most all legal entanglements. His fees were surprisingly reasonable due to his level headed handling of issues.
His demeanor was one of respect for all involved.
His gift is keeping our legal responses from fueling an already difficult situation. If what you want to pay for is a glitzy office and original paintings on the walls this is not an attorney for you. Mr. Dube' avoided a hostel environment where ever possible ~ knowing it would do harm to all involved and serve only to fuel higher attorney bills. Yet his strength was brought to the surface when needed to represented me with dignity.
I can not recommend this professional more highly than letting you know that I will continue to recommend Mr. Dube' to my acquaintances and friends.

I was facing an extremely difficult military divorce case. The order I had included a wrong division of military pension, it also directed me to vacate my home, and put my home up for sale all within a very short period of time.
I was also facing losing my share of the military pension, and I was especially facing trying to find a new home for me and my children, at a time when housing cost has skyrocketed in San Diego.
The minute I spoke with Sondra she gave me hope. I knew she was a game changer. Attorney Sondra Sutherland was able to save and keep my children in our home. Top notch would be a modest rating of Justin Peterson. From my very first consultation, in which I was overwhelmed with unfamiliar jargon, the rapport felt familiar, established, and trustworthy. When times arise that someone may need to seek counsel, there are so many criteria from which we can judge; from experience, to reputation and referrals, to reviews... all of which are merely table stakes. A great lawyer has more than all check marks on the pro side of the ledger, in which we attempt to measure integrity, analytical skills,communication skills, judgment, research skills, responsiveness, etc. We put all of our trust into this individual , relying on them to extrapolate all the legal theory and explain it to us in lamens terms, as well as to have our fingers crossed that they will be as diligent behind the scenes as they are on the front line. I hired Justin to draft a business agreement for loaning funds to a contractor to flip homes and split the proceeds. It seemed like a fairly straight forward endevour---I provide the capital equity, contractor provides the sweat equity, we equally split the proceeds. It turned out to be much more complicated than I thought. However, I appreciate how Justin broached the subject. He was not debative regarding what would be involved. He politely suggested it was going to take more work than I thought. And it turned out he was correct. Which is why I decided to pay him above what we initially agreed on once I saw how much work was involved because I felt he had earned it. In sum, I appreciate how collaborative it was working with him. I came in with some misconceptions. He patiently allowed me to figure that out myself during the process. So I was not only pleased with the final result but also the process of how we arrived there. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking help with business contracts and agreements.

I am eternally grateful for the representation I received from CASP. After a horrible experience with a dentist, I wrote a review on Yelp! so that other patients could avoid what I went through. Unfortunately, the dentist filed a SLAPP against me and claimed my review had caused her to suffer economic losses. While on vacation in the United States I was involved in an accident while a passenger in my friends car. George was successful in recovering payment of my hospital and medical expenses incurred in the United States and in Taiwan where I under went spinal surgery as a result of the accident. After securing payment of all of our medical expenses George also was successful in settling my claim for uninsured motorist benefits. This case was complicated by the fact that I was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the rear end collision but despite this fact George recovered policy limits on the uninsured motorist claim.
Apart from being very professional in his field of practice, George is tremendously patient and kind-hearted.

Brian is an exceptional attorney. He is thoughtful, considerate and is eager to find common ground. While many attorney's are eager to pick a fight, he works hard to help settle issues by highlighting what's important. That said he is both firm and forceful when necessary.
My divorce was particularly difficult and drawn out. It had a high degree of complexity involving a GAL and other child related issues. Brian was able to lay out a plan of attack and get to core issues quickly. He kept me well informed throughout the process and understood nuances of the legal system that other attorney's were not only unaware of but had no idea of how to use to their advantage.
On a personal note, he was phenomenal to work with. In the end we won and my children are thankful for it. I regularly recommend him to friends of mine that are in need of a good attorney and are going through divorce and especially those with complex child custody related issues.

Brian was/is my divorce attorney. I hired him on the advice of a friend who went through a messy divorce (mine was too), and it was the best thing I did during my divorce. He's helped with a couple of follow up issues in the years since.
The main thing I liked about Brian is that he was calm and measured. My ex would do something horrible, or make some outrageous legal claim, and I would start to respond with some of the same, and Brian would calmly explain why my I should not do so, and why her approach was probably going to be counter productive to her. This measured approach dialed down the intensity of the fight even though her attorney was a barracuda, which led to a fair divorce settlement out of court with less stress for everyone, and the kids in particular.
The other thing Brian did was write an incredibly thorough legal separation document - so long that the judge remarked on its length, but it has been a god send. My ex is constantly trying to come up with some new interpretation of our agreement, some new way in which she does less, or pays less, and has more, but she cannot because all the terms are in the separation agreement.
If you are looking for a lawyer out of a court-room drama, Brian is not for you. He's not going to come up with convoluted legal arguments and claim that you will get everything you want (which is not going to happen anyway). If you are looking for an adult, a serious lawyer who is going to gently but firmly guide you to a more successful outcome for you (and your kids), then I think you'll be happy if you hire him.

I first met attorney Jennifer Thompson when she was working out of the Meeker County Attorneys office as a prosecutor. She was assigned to a (TPR) Termination of Parental Rights case I was involved in. I had previously been married to the mother of the child in the case, and the biological father in that case was the mother's first husband. The child (was not) my biological child. I independently petitioned the Court, and was allowed into the case as a Joiner in what the Court ultimately deemed was in the best interest of the child. Jennifer, representing Meeker County did not oppose my petition. During the process I became a foster parent to the child. That case was successfully prosecuted by Jennifer which concluded with both biological parents rights being terminated and positioned me to successfully, swiftly, and seamlessly navigate through the adoption process for (my daughter).
A short time later, Jennifer started her own private practice. Once I became aware of that I immediately hired her to file a private (TPR) Termination of Parental rights case involving my biological child with the same mother. Again, Jennifer's skills and abilities were on display and resulted in a successful conclusion at the District Court, and the mothers rights were terminated. That case has now moved to the Appellate Court, and I just received Jennifer's responsive brief to the Appeal.
In short, her attention to detail, technical skills, and remarkable understanding of the (TPR) process, statutes, and supportive case law are outstanding. Her ability to articulate and translate them into a firm foundational argument are impressive. I have complete confidence in Jennifer, and that she will prevail at the Appellate level as well.
I highly recommend Jennifer Thompson to anyone who is attempting to do what is in the best interest of a child.

I wanted to take a minute to recommend Mr. White and his firm to interested parties. I was involved in divorce proceedings which are never pleasant. As it turned out the opposing attorney for what ever reason attempted to delay over and over again despite the fact he had made the original filing. During my divorce I hired Todd to represent me. Todd aggreed to represent me even though I was in middle of my divorce and was not comfortable with a previous attorney working my case. Todd's assusances to me that he would work more diligently to a faster resolve gave me a comfortable and confident feeling. Unfortunately things turned bad and Todd was ultimately prepared for what ever was encountered. Todd did not allow me to be run over by opposing counsel.
