My case With Paul Ticen was complicated. It involved laws in multiple states. Paul was up front with where we stood and what he would try to do. He stayed in touch with me to let me know what was going on and what he wanted to do. I felt like I was involved in the process all the way through. . Paul fought for me when there seemed like the door was shut.
We received a settlement far better than we imagined. I would recommend a consultation with Paul before you move forward with any settlement and with any attorney. Thank you Paul

It was a good start being referred to Paul from my lawyer from another field, however rarely does that situation EXCEED expectations...being already at a high level going in from the reference, Paul cleared the high bar in all fields. Paul Ticen and his team were fantastic!!! I recently had someone rear end my vehicle and he represented me on working with my insurance company on paying out for UA coverage, he was very aggressive and kept me up to date on all communications between him and my Ins. Company. He got me a very fair sum and is super nice and efficient with his work. His whole team knows what they’re doing. Do not hesitate to talk to this firm!!!

I could write a novel of praise to Paul! He truly bent over backwards and jumped through hoops to make things happen. He is transparent in everything he does, and takes the time to fully explain things. He will never proceed within your case without your full understanding.
