In November I got in a pretty serious car accident. It was a rear end collision that ended up being a total loss. Paul Ticen was the first lawyer I had to give me a consultation. I immediately knew he was the lawyer for me. He seemed like a stand up guy and really knew what he was doing. The process took about 1 year to get the settlement (which was much faster than I expected) and he was able to get me a lot more than I thought I was going to get. Very friendly and personal. A company I was dealing with as an investor breached our contract with the result being a potential loss of a significant amount of my money. Our company had a very persistent and on-going problem with another Amazon seller who refused to stop infringing on our trade dress. Even though our private label brand is registered with Amazon, Amazon did little to enforce its advertised Seller Policies.
