Mr. Bednar is one of the best attorneys in the state of AZ. Also he is a really nice person and treats his clients like family! He stayed with me through a long and drawn out case and helped me out every step of the way! When the prosecutor verbally attacked me on the stand, he came in and defended me and handled it perfectly! David Bednar is your guy if you need a defense attorney in Arizona. Very easy to talk to very knowledgeable in his field and will fight for you like your are family! He also has a very nice beard!

If you need someone who is knowledgeable and caring and willing to stand by your side and get things done, this is the guy right here. Without question the best lawyer I have ever had, without him we would have been lost. Very friendly and easy to talk to, very effective on getting things done.

Mr Bednar is a great lawyer. He’s very knowledgeable and will take care of you if it is possible. I was on trial for 2-3 years and he made sure I was ok every step of the way. We went to trial and my case was dismissed! David Bednar is the real deal and is not afraid to stand up to judges and lawyers and speak for you. He does not get bullied in the courtroom and even the DA told me if he ever got into any trouble he would also hire Mr. Bednar! I recommend him highly and will always hold him to the highest levels of respect!

I'm trying not to be too critical, but from the start the whole staff at the firm were pretty unresponsive. They have kind of an assembly line way of doing law. They talked me into a flat fee, and really didn't care what I had to say about anything. After I paid them I had to contact them to discuss my case. They are reactive not proactive. There were occasions when Ms. Troxell wouldn't even respond to inquiries, and I'm not a prolific inquirer. I guess it's a small thing, but I expect people to live up to their word too. Mr Springer assured me he'd help me with a set-aside request when the 6 month probation was complete. No. That isn't happening. Best of luck to me! There probably aren't many choices in that area, but I'd look harder if I had it to do again. Mr. Hamp is the seller, and he weaves a good story. However, he isn't the one doing the work.

Dave is one of the most professional people I have ever met, he works hard, is very smart and personable, Dave’s court room demeanor is calm, collective and confident. After all he does his research and is always prepared to defend you!

I have never met a lawyer who cares so much about their clients. Mr. Robbins, has taken care of my family just as his own. He has a wall with pictures of the kids and families he has helped to remind him of his focus, taking care of families who are overwhelmed in the family court system. Mr. Robbins truly cares about the families he represents. He is blessed to have the opportunity of helping families. I consider him a part of my family, and send him photos of my kids and how happy they are regularly. You should consider Mr. Robbins first if you want someone so passionate about his work.
