Mr. Springer was hired because we had a very unexpected criminal case. My son has never been in trouble with the law and got caught up in a big misumderstsnding. All in all Mr. Springer was very professional and helped us through this horrible time. He was always available when I needed to speak to him regarding my son's case, always there to answer any questions that I had. One of the hardest things I had to experience was to see my baby sister in jail for something that extenuating circumstances contributed to. I was in Texas and had overnight to remove a public defender who didn't try to help my sister but told her to take years in prison as a plea bargain! I called David Bednars office and the very next day he took her case and made the appearance! Today he talked and fought for my baby sister, corrected inconsistencies that were incorrectly poised against my sister, and fought for my mom dad myself and brother in law to speak on the stand!! All I can say is be today was justice and victory!!! My sister is coming home today and my family is family is extremely appreciative!!! Had she listened to public defender she would be serving prison time but because God touched your heart to fight and touched the heart of the judge to listen she is free!!! Thank you David!!!
