Had to go through Probate court & after looking at various offices I'm glad I went with Andrew. He was to the point & on top of everything from start to finish. Throughout the process he was there with us every step of the way & made sure we got everything we needed to done.

We will never contact this person again! We had him do a Trust for my mother and everything went fine. I recently contacted him and explained the situation that we were in. We needed him to draw up a limited power of attorney. He said that he could do it and that I needed to send him an email with exactly what it needed to say. I told him that I would let him know what it needed to say but I would also need him to help with the details as he is the one who knows legal documents. His response was "No, no, no. You needed to tell me exactly what it needs to say. If I draw it up and something isn't right, you are going to blame me! I'll put down whatever you want and if something isn't right I'm going to charge you to do it again." I replied "OK? I'm not an attorney! I don't know how to phrase things so that they are legally binding. I think that he has forgot what people are paying him for. Not only are we paying him for his time to draw up legal documents, but we are also paying him for his legal expertise. He then said "you can tell that I'm cranky and need a vacation".I hope he has a good vacation but no one in our family will ever contact him again including my mother who he is supposed to be representing!

After enquiring with other estate planning consultants, we hired Andy to prepare our family estate documents which needed to be moved from Oregon to Arizona. He explained the differences in state laws pertaining to our private properties and assets, and prepared all necessary documents of our family trust from start to finish. Andy is very detailed in his work and his expertise is invaluable for anyone seeking estate planning services. We trust Andy's work and are glad to have him looking out for our interests.

So glad I read the reviews for Andrew Mathers. I was worried as I have never dealt with a lawyer before. He explained everything from pricing to what everything with an estate/ will covers. He is very upfront and I felt very honest. I highly recommend using Andrew for any of your trust/ will needs. I had to go back a couple times to make some changes on my end and he was very patient and helped me with all of my expectations and questions. Again, I can't recommend using him enough. Andy really made the process of setting up our trust and ensuring that all of our affairs were in order, very easy and simple. He prepared us very well for the initial meeting and each meeting thereafter. A great guy to work with, and would highly recommend!

Andrew is the best! He helped my husband and I with our living trust and other necessary documents. We had kind of a complicated blended family situation and he explained everything in detail and was very patient with all our questions. And the final binder and flash drive were very nice and professional. Highly recommend!
