Scott was the best thing that ever happened to our court case. I called him 24 hour prior to my court case. He called me back personally, no middle man or secretary. He was compassionate and ready to fight on our behalf. He showed up to court the next day and we WON. He advised us on the best legal action, he didn’t bolster or have a huge ego.He was factual. Scott really believed and stood behind us. He stayed in contact, did not overly charge. Prices were very reasonable, he didn’t round up every time we spoke. We are snowbirds who purchased a condo in Chandler this spring. We have purchased and sold real estate without an agent several times, but never in Arizona. So I needed a wing man. Scott was just what I needed at a very reasonable and fair fee. I would highly recommend him. I got bad service from the Gilbert location. The person seemed to be unwilling to attend me, I got 5 min late, and the only person there have gone out. I waited 15 min until she got back only to hear excuses why she will not take my case or even hear me out. So much for a father friendly firm, Ingot really disappointed by this person which can be really bad for the reputation of this prestigious firm around the country.

Dragged their feet to generate more fees. No strategy to speak of. Paid thousands of dollars and then attorney quit. Back to square one with another firm
