After the death of my husband, I realized the title to our house was not in my name also. Consequently I was looking at a drawn-out process to go through probate. However, because of the knowledge and understanding of property law that Scott has he was able to respond with a procedure that took only 3 days! So within 3 days my title was clear and I was on it and it was recorded with the county! I cannot thank or praise Scott enough for his knowledge and professional ethics in resolving my problem so quickly. It was amazing to me that he could do this... finding another solution rather than probate. I appreciated that he was personally with me when I went to the courthouse and took care of all of the paperwork!
