I have to rate my experience with this company as "Phenomenal"! Was involved in an accident on Christmas Eve in the Phoenix Metro area in which my vehicle was totalled and I was injured. From the initial contact with Goldberg & Osbourne, I was impressed with their outstanding representation (as I recieved continual delays from an insurance company that both myself and the other driver shared). Despite what seemed to be a clear conflict of interest on the insurance side, the only reprieve I had was the loyalty & persistence to fairness this company showed throughout the situation. Despite living in Tucson, G & O allowed me work through their Tucson office as well and I was always kept in the loop with my situation. I received more than fair compensation & get this, was actually recontacted months after the situation was resolved just to be advised that I had ANOTHER CHECK COMING!!! Can't say enough about how positive the experience was. Hope to never get in the situation again, but am positive that I would retain this company again & would HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to anyone that's been in a crash.

Very professional, attentive and friendly. I was always able to get in contact whenever I had questions or concerns. I have no experience whatsoever when it comes to legal matters and they always took the time to explain what was going on with my case in way that I could understand what was going on. Would definitely recommend.

I'm actually making this review for my father that had a horrible experience with Goldberg and Osborne. My father was in his brand-new car at the airport. An older Range Rover cut over from the 3rd lane to the 1st inside dropoff lane which is 2 lanes of traffic. She hit my father's car. Her insurance refused to pay for the damages saying it was my father's fault. So my dad decided to sue her and her insurance company. Goldberg and Osborne reviewed the case and the security cameras at the airport and said they could get my father $90,000. But as time went on they caved to her insurance and after a couple years my father only got $3,000 which didn't even cover the cost of the repairs plus he still had to pay the cost of the lawyers out of the total $13,000 he finally got. I WILL NEVER recommend this lawyer group to anyone ever.

When I called the people were not very friendly. I got placed on hold and transferred 4 times beer I said forget it.

Amazing experience, answered all my questions and concernes. They were on the case immediately and settled sooner than I expected. Would definetly raccomand. The staff was amazing!

My first visit to the west valley office was very good. Everyone I met was helpful and patient at a time that was very emotional for me. The office where we met was clean and spacious. I was very comfortable at all times. Everything about the process I was about to undertake was explained fully.
