Absolutely great experience I definitely enjoyed the staff that was on hand and friendly. The greatest part of the whole ordeal was that Shannon was definitely a great person to work with on this especially the fact that she explained every step of the process and took an extra step to contact me when I was unable to answer the phone. Shannon especially made it so when I came in I only had to wait less than a minute to see her and get paperwork filled out and it allowed me to be able to drop by before work without a hassle or worry about being late. Around two years ago my mentally handicapped nephew was struck by a car while crossing the street. We found Goldberg & Osborne they have been so compassionate and helpful . All's I can say is my nephew got more money than the attorneys did which is amazing because that's not something that always happens with other law firms . I have been the power of attorney for my nephew because of his mental disability so I've been handling this case with our attorney Boone and his assistant Flor it is now about two years after our case started my nephew originally got paid very quickly but a great big chunk of the money went to payback the insurance company . It's been two years and Boone has been in contact with me on a regular basis every week they finally got a reduction a 96% reduction that's insane that's a lot of money coming back in my nephew's pocket trust me if you wanted attorney that's really going to fight for you you got to go to Goldberg & Osborne and request Boone I'm sorry if I'm spelling his last name wrong its criegan. He's got an amazing assistant Flor he totally credited her with helping in the reduction so I appreciate her very much as well . So in short my nephew got paid a very nice sum rather quickly and then our attorney and his assistant fought aggressively for a reduction to the insurance company I had no idea it was going to be this large a reduction 96 % !! these people are amazing have integrity and have been honest with me every step of the way I got to say I love this attorney Boone Criegan and his assistant Flor .
