GCLG represented me in a couple of cases. They were the best. Communication was never lacking. They treated me with respect and honesty and compassion. I never felt a lack of trust and I never felt I was being ripped off. I would 100% recommend GCLG to family and friends.

My son was represented in juvenile court. We were scared as we have never dealt with this before. Grand Canyon Law Group was very kind and understanding when dealing with us. We had a lot of questions and they took their time to explain each step of the way. My son was offered diversion and avoided a conviction on his record! I am very happy with the results!

***** AUG 6th 2024 update:::::My review is helping people save a lot of money and maximum sentences due to this law firms negligence and criminal behavior!! My photos asking where my lawyer is (because he was LATE to my only 2 in person hearings) has been viewed over 1,000 times and my review has been seen hundreds of times! I started a public group on Facebook for others who were also defrauded by this law firm, the group is called Class Action Lawsuit against Grand Canyon Law Group for anyone interested in joining, let's get our money back by suing them collectively!! I will also be filing a complain with the IRS, and the State Bar of Arizona and I will be calling the Mesa Fraud Detectives, I advise you do the same. So here is what happened in my case, they told me they only do flat rate cases, at a price tag of $15K, but said THEY WERE THE BEST LAW FIRM AROUND so that everything is covered if it goes to trial. I asked Zack, is there no alternative because $15,000 seemed majorly excessive when I had proof I was not guilty. Zach said that NOPE they only do flat rate cases. Therefore I was DEFRAUDED out of my money by being deceived, lied to. Then they get your case over as fast as possible so they can keep as much money as possible without taking it too court, even if that means you are innocent but will have to agree to a plea. Ryan McPhie (the owner) called the day after I left this review and even said they failed me, and they actually DO charge hourly rates also. (He said its MY misunderstanding) and then says how much he cares, but I am still out my $15,0000 and that is a lot of money for a disabled Veteran who is on a fixed income. I will be posting screenshots of me asking on both of my court dates that were in person asking where my lawyer was, as he was late to the only 2 in person court appearances I had. If that is the law firm you want representing you then hire these guys. I used the Flagstaff branch, I represented myself better than this law firm did. They refuse to give me an itemized receipt. I paid 15K and STILL had to take the plea a year later even though I was not guilty, you only get calls the day of your court, the lawyer was late to my hearing, and was more interested in some other case he had going on because he was on a video call 30 seconds after I took my plea. Oh and Zach, the guy who takes the payments is the most arrogant person I have ever met, and that is saying a lot because I represent disabled Vets in front of Government employees. I would have been better with a public defender, or just taking care of it myself. This disabled Veteran says USE SOMEONE ELSE

Got me off completely on charges against a mesa pd officer and my criminal charges dropped. Joseph Tobler was amazing. He was always early to every court date and communicated when ever there was news. I definitely will use them if I ever need to in the future. The end result was my criminal charges being completely dropped. Case dismissed. The best part was that it did not cost me an arm and a leg either! I am so greatful for the team at grand canyon law group!

I highly recommend Grand Canyon Law Group. They are extremely professional and made sure that my case was handled in the best way. If I had any questions, they responded immediately. They were patient and understanding. I am very grateful that they represented me. Mr. Hayes you’re the best!

My last review doesn't seem to be posted so I'll try again. Do not waste money on private attorneys if you have a domestic case. I received the same plea or even worse then I had on the table with the public defender. I was dropped as a client the minute my sentencing was complete. They did care about me or any communication that I may have needed help with once their so called job was done. Their Attorney was nervous when it was time for him to speak and he allowed the prosecutor to paint a narrative that was untrue.. Instead of painting my narrative for the judge. I wasted 10K and a year of time when I could have taken the plea the public defender wanted me to take.

From the very first call I felt at ease. This law firm is HIGHLY organized and you will always be able to stay in the loop with your case because they have a great team that rallies around you!!! They are just a phone call, email or text away! My lawyer was Alex Rubel and he is excellent!! He got my case dismissed but was just overall very nice and knowledgeable.
