I had the pleasure of working with Taylor at Ellsworth Family Law for my case and I couldn't be happier with the work he and paralegal Melissa and the work they both did on my case. Taylor and Melissa handled everything with the upmost care. The team's attention to detail and commitment to my case was second to none, and I was consistently impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of family law. From motions to responses to motions, were detailed and when appropriate, even outlined specific case law that was pertinent to my case. One of the standouts of my experience was both Taylor and Melissa and their ability to handle unexpected challenges. No matter what came up, they were always ready with a solution and their confidence in the face of this was truly inspiring. I was also impressed by the level of care and attention I received from Taylor and the whole team at Ellsworth Family Law. Their guidance and support were invaluable, and I felt completely confident and prepared when the time came to present my case in family court. I never once felt like I was “just another client”. They even prepared me on the possible outcomes (good and bad and how likely each outcome could be) once the court had made a decision. I cannot recommend Ellsworth Family Law and Taylor highly enough. They exceeded my expectations in every way and I am grateful for their excellent representation and support throughout my case.

Robert defended me and made things fair. My ex moved 4 hours away. He gave great advice and was knowledgeable on everything. He convinced the judge to give my kids everything that was fair and in my favor. It was the best outcome for me and the children. My ex was sanctioned and I was able recovered my attorney fees. Without him I would not have this relationship with my children. Everything he said that could happen in my favor did happen. He knows his stuff. I never had to worry. He is worth it.

I cannot possibly express the extent to which I am indebted to Mark Shields. This man is responsible for my even being ABLE to have a family. I was in a very nasty divorce, had an ex wife that was lying to police, judges and our children, all of which created a very difficult legal landscape. Obviously every case is different, so bear that in mind, but Mark won EVERY SINGLE case we had before the court. His advice allowed success on all the interactions with the court that weren't in front of a judge as well (we had some court mediation sessions at which attorneys were not allowed). I have a great relationship with my children (one of whom is now an adult). Were it not for Mark Shields, I wouldn't have even been able to have a relationship with my children at all. Everyone in his law office was kind, helpful, expedient and available any time I needed help (which was OFTEN). I have recommended Mark Shields to people without hesitation ever since he first represented me. One other thing I want to say about Mark Shields - he's an HONEST and GOOD person. He's now a friend of mine, which I cannot say about any other attorney that has ever represented me (I've had some non family law matters as well as a previous family attorney. NONE of those three attorneys would I ever consider to be my friend...). I trust ANY advice Mark gives without question. He has proven himself to be extraordinarily capable and insightful, as I said - even in situations where he cannot physically be present, he can advise you on what would be best to do. HIGHLY recommended! :)

Mark Sheilds is an attorney SHARK. Look no further. My case was VERY complicated, and I filed through 5 attorneys before finding Mark - by an absolute miracle! Mark was ASSIGNED as my attorney for our trial, 3 working days BEFORE my trial! Imagine my horror to learn I had a NEW COUNSEL. However, this man stood for truth, literally shook the court room with his expertise and powerful cross-examinations, examination, and closing remarks - he literally destroyed the web of lies suggested by the opposing. MARK is fearless and DETERMINED to win YOUR CASE as if you were all that mattered to him . He was a raging bull. My very litigatious, pompous, and disgruntled ex literally bolted through the exit doors after the session was over. On the other hand, we were high-fiving one another for days. Best family attorney in Arizona!!! Great office staff that keeps you informed of everything going on with your case. Fair and affordable and they won't nickel and dime you with unnecessary fees. My wife and I were dealing with a custody issue that we couldn't handle on our own and we hired Steve Ellsworth to represent us. From the beginning they took control and handled all of our needs, questions, and everything else. Steve is the nicest, most soft spoken polite person you will ever meet but once he gets in the court room he DOES NOT MESS AROUND. My wife calls him the "Court Room Bulldog" 😁.
