Called and asked for the lawyer handling my grandmother's probate several days ago and got no response. The probate involves money I am owed by her estate. It's quite all right I have an attorney of my own I just think my dad obviously tried to waylay your firm with misrepresentations about me as he is trying to unjustly enrich himself with a tidy sum of money I spent out of my pocket to care for a senile old woman. Making the probate informal as opposed to formal right off the bat is unkind to the people who were actually there for my grandmother as opposed to her 3 children who should have been caring for her. It never should have been my responsibility.

I recently worked with Tim Heileman at Woods Law Group and was impressed with both his knowledge base and his responsiveness. Tim has very good communication skills and was able to quickly ascertain the best course of action to address my concerns.
