Listen, do yourself a favor and stop fervently scouring reviews for local accident/injury attorneys, or worse - try and fight insurance companies on your own - and call Chris Jones right now. I get it, this is what I did as well, and albeit a good start to help get an idea of whom may wholeheartedly help, the process can be exhausting and/or maddening. Even after searching and dissecting reviews for a significant amount of time, I ultimately ended up calling Chris on a reference from a friend. Mind you, this referral source wasn’t anywhere near the ‘end’ of their ordeal after a horrific car wreck, but my gut told me to give Chris a shot...best.choice.I.could’ve.made. From the time I called, and quickly thereafter, met with Chris and his assistant/paralegal Linda - through entire necessary processes and my own surgery due to accident - I never once felt anything but genuine caring and a sense that he was going to make the situation right by me. He would often call or email to check up on my well being and also to give any updates, as well as anything they may have needed from me (which was minimal). I was very happy with the outcome & settlement I received, and I know that Chris did everything in his power to get it done as expeditiously and thoroughly as possible. I will end this review the way I began it...you would be doing yourself a disservice if you took the time to research and read through what I’m sure is a plethora of reviews/testimonials, and didn’t pick up the phone and call Chris right now...you will eventually be so relieved that you did. PS - Do NOT try and take on the faulty insurance company on your own, no matter what their agent(s) may say to you. Remember, they do NOT work for you, they represent the opposing driver. I almost fell into this ‘trap’, but thankfully it became too much and eventually was led to hiring Chris. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had him and his team handle my claim.
