If it comes to having to take it to trial he has no experience so with that he will bully you into settling with a low amount and then take over half of it Also the so called experts that he hires that you pay for serves nothing for your case Long story short if it's a dog bite, my advice would be to look elsewhere

A few things to be aware of. Firstly, he controls reviews on other websites like avvo.com & FB, so you'll never see a negative review as he chooses what is approved or rejected. If denied, it'll be removed and you'll be asked to write another. As a lawyer, he's talented in his field, and in experience. He's about winning, so he'll also not take a case simply based on whether he thinks he can win (easier the better of course) & how much. I've had 3 experiences with him. The first was flawless, he was on top of the situation despite my case already being dropped by a previous one & applied the Common Fund Doctrine, which benefited us equally. He turned that case around whereas alone I was going to end up with nothing. One of the things he cared to mention to me a lot was how he would ensure he never gets more out of the case than the victim, excellent moral to live by if shown through example. He knows his stuff. But, I'll highly advise not trusting him only based on his words & to record & document everything, no matter how insignificant it may seem. I realized too late what was happening & how much I was losing compared to what he was taking. Not to mention medical related stuff that took a ton. Don't ever sign anything without reading everything over thoroughly & understanding what it is you're agreeing to. Can't just let him go either without all charges being billed to you. My next 2 cases were highly unpleasant throughout & being hurt by the overall incidents and not being at fault on top, for him to walk away with nearly 5-10 times the amount is unjust. It's partly my fault. I assumed & trusted based on his (slippery) words & initial case that the ones he took after would be closer to just as fair. Keep in mind that in the end, this is NOT a Friendship of any sort. It's a Business Relationship & therefore words alone are not enough, especially not in a setting where it's all about what is legally accepted. I have no proof of anything he said to me, therefore as far as anyone is concerned, I'm the one who's lying. Communication & attitude is also amazing, Until he takes offense to something. That's when communication stops & he goes straight to threats of re-evaluating the relationship & contract. You'd think that as a lawyer who specializes in personal injury, he'd be familiar not only with how misunderstandings occur, but the negative effects of a concussion, a repeated one at that. I remember being a little upset that I could only see him on his time because I had restrictions of my own & the next email I got was him having to reconsider taking the case because my attitude was unacceptable (see pic) . I wasn't aware I wasn't allowed to get upset or share it, I was simply supposed to follow orders without question. I'm fortunate my wife took over (proof attached), otherwise instead of the 1k I did receive, I would've ended up with nada. Remember, AZ isn't a no-fault State. I was at fault simply for being there. My lack of existence was the only way to not be held responsible. My mind struggles to understand why any lawyer would reject any case with such a law in place, or have trouble fighting one. The system is designed to benefit everyone but you. The moment an accident occurs, it's all up to the insurance companies, the doctors & the lawyers. Even the other person doesn't have a say in it. They could be 100% truthful & it still wouldn't make a lick of difference. That's why it's so critical to record EVERY LITTLE THING & trust NO ONE but yourself. To sum it up, he's outstanding but based on my own personal experiences, I *cannot* recommend him. If you go with him don't trust anyone & record & document everything & READ before* signing, especially the contract between you & him, it'll be your best friend should things go awry. Although I hope it never happens to anyone else. For my most recent case I went with Sam & P Moeller instead. They're upfront about their fees & don't try to bribe you, or harass you through your spouse.
