My wife and I were searching for a way to protect our assets after we are gone without having to go through probate. We attended a free, no pressure Phelp's Law trust fund presentation that seemed to be exactly what we were looking for. Phelps Law handled all our trust needs and planing for all the family's future needs. Phelps Law did it all for us and it was a great experience.

In late 2015 my wife and I went to Phelps Law to confer with James Phelps and Jeffrey LaClair about converting our Texas wills to an Arizona Living Trust document. They spent a lot of time talking with us about various key considerations. They were both great listeners, and they did a superb job of converting our concerns into a comprehensive trust document in early 2016. Much work was involved, and their fees were more than fair. Now, three years later, we recently completed a thorough review of our trust document with Jeffrey LaClair and we updated a few parts of our estate plan to match our current and anticipated needs. Mr. LaClair shepherded us through this revision process. He's a first-class professional and a decent, down-to-earth human being who we admire very much. We could not be more pleased with the services we have received and continue to receive from Phelps Law. They are ethical, fair, sensible, and easy to work with--all of which make us feel fortunate to have them handling our estate plans.
