I couldn't be happier with my lawyer, Mark Atchley! Filing for a bankruptcy was a frightening thing for me but Mark really removed the fear and walked me through the process! He also let me make monthly payments for his fee. That was a huge help to me!! 5 stars for Mark Atchley!!

Mark Atchley deserves 5 stars for the help he provided us during our bankruptcy. He treated us with dignity and respect at a very low point for us financially. We originally considered handling our own bankruptcy but are SO glad we didn't. Because of his help, we felt confident that we weren't missing details that would later cost us thousands of dollars. We were also well prepared about what to expect and more comfortable with the whole process. Having Mr. Atchley represent us was well worth what we paid him. Mark is an excellent attorney. He took care of every detail for me. He was very professional in a stressful situation. It has been over 3 years since my BK and his office is still assisting me with paperwork with a smile. I could not find my Discharge of Debtors , nor could I locate a way to get it from the court online , so I called his office for help and his staff jumped in and located it for me within 24 hours!! Very Nice!!
