Got my case dismissed! Also such a great guy!!

PLEASE do not retain this Attorney for ANYTHING!!!! This man has taken our money, filed the initial petition back in November, the case should of closed by January. Instead there has been one communication from him stating He had issues but things would be better now. That was the last time we spoke, in FEBRUARY. Since then He has not answer any of the multiple emails or phone calls. We have turned Him into the State Bar and we are finishing our case on our own! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Sam has completely neglected my case. I am fighting for full custody of my boys, from their drug addict mother. Should be a easy slam dunk case. The last time I have spoken with Sam was in January for a resolution conference with the judge. The judge ordered a court appointed advisor for our case. He has completely ghosted me since. I have read the other negative reviews on Sam and have the same exact story to tell. During the resolution conference where I saw him last, he seemed completely unprepared for the judge. I have a monthly charge from his office that I'm fighting my bank to get stopped. I will be going to the state bar to file a complaint and to be released as a client from Sam. I feel like I have been completely scammed. Not only am I out 3k plus for initial representation, I now have to find and pay a new attorney. Sam, Shame on you for taking advantage of people in situations like mine.
