Is there a zero star rating, because that's what I'd give? How is Marie Zawtocki a judge? Or lawyer? She advised Sher clients to break the law and commit fraud to screw over the people going to trial against her clients! Then when she is given factual evidence she manipulates and falsifies that evidence to make her clients appear to be someone they are not! Then when you need to talk to her directly she avoids and refuses to take your call. And even emails are not responded to in a timely manner, and I understand lawyers busy schedules, but I've waited over a month to get a call back or response to an email, and I haven't got either. This lady should be reported to the Bar Association for her conduct and lack of morals and refusal to present facts in her cases!

Mr Zawtocki and Jesse handled my injury case, they were always prompt and courteous. They went above and beyond to help me get the care I needed to start my recovery. I have made many recommendations to their firm because of the time and care they took with my case.

Mr. Zawtocki is a well experienced lawyer and his assistant Jesse is the best, he will always answer your calls or will call back ASAP and will explain and help you understand any concerns or issues that you may have, this is the only personal injury lawyer i recommend and i'm not saying this because they helped me get a favorable outcome i'm recommending Rich Zawtocki because he is a hard working man who treats you in a very professional manner and handles the case as aggressive as it gets, this this is a lawyer who will work with you and work for you, this is the lawyer you need on your side, trust me when i say that.

they wont give copies of legal documents as requested, they declined several times, its been over a year and a half and there is no resolution. i always get different answers from the assistant. its been a headache instead of helpful.
