They didn’t do much for $4000. I took the remaining dollars that I had left and fired this counsel. Hired a new counsel and I’ve gotten through arbitration and Looks like the favor will be going in our way. Very smart attorney. Also part-time judge we were very fortunate to find her.

Worse experience ever. Received little to no advice or direction from Larry Dunn on my case. After over spending $30k for nothing. I finally did what I should have done from week one and fired him. Within weeks we were able to negotiate our own settlement. Find a different firm they will glad to take your money and do nothing. Not very knowledgeable nor did they fight for us in a shame lawsuit. They still haven't provided me all the records I have requested or breakdowns of bills, phone calls and emails that supposedly did to charge me so much. ***Update in response to below response from compnay*** My request for audited files to include emails and phone calls that you have charged me for; still have yet to be provided!! You response stating you provided everything that was appropriate for my case? Goes to show you firm lacks the skills and ability to handle a simple case. Once we fired your firm; it was amazing how quickly things came to a resolution. You firm provided no defense and only sat back to go through the "process" so you could collect as much money as you could. This type of business is what gives lawyers all a bad reputation.

Denton Peterson Dunn recently represented me on a contract dispute case and was able to negotiate and save me 92% of the total cost of the contract. Thank you very much for your assistance Mr. Folsom for getting me out of a very tight spot.

My husband and I recently hired Brad Denton of Denton, Peterson, Dunn to represent us in a lawsuit against Exceptional Woodworking. We met with the owner of Exceptional Woodworking, Randy Mullis and upon first meeting felt comfortable doing business with him. We gave him a deposit, which was required for Randy to draw up ideas for a custom wall unit. After a month of no drawings, we decided to not move forward with the project and asked for our deposit back. Mr Mullis said, "Your deposit is nonrefundable". Mr Mullis hadn't done any work on our project. He didn't purchase any materials for our project and we were never given a contract to sign. Basically, business was done on a handshake. Yet, Mr Mullis felt he was entitled to keep a fairly large deposit we had given him. At this point we hired Brad Denton to take our case. Brad was amazing! He listens, and then gives his professional advice on the case. Communication was excellent. Brad made a stressful situation less stressful. Fortunately we didn't need to go to court because with Brad representing us, we settled out of court, getting our full deposit back from Randy Mullis, owner of Exceptional Woodworking. I'm hoping we won't be needing an attorney in the future. But if we do, I feel fortunate to have found Brad and his firm and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

I needed to seek legal council on a potential lawsuit. I met with Devon and Justin, they were incredibly helpful, carefully walking through my situation and asking questions during our consult. They helped me understand what I may need to expect and what processes would need to follow. The consult was only an hour long but it felt fully utilized and more than I expected from the session. The entire staff was extremely considerate, the two staff at the front desk helped tremendously when I needed to reschedule and when I asked about rate expectations. If I need further legal support I would contact this firm again directly. Very positive experience.

The initial consultation was personable. After the retainer fee was obtain by the firm, the progress was very slow. The attorney assigned to help with the case was not too knowledgable nor helpful with our case. Communication was subpar. Our matter still remained unresolved and have to look for an alternative firm to finish what they started.
