Thomas was excellent to work with, he made the entire settlement feel like it wasn't even happening. He's zero pressure and is willing to put himself on the line to maximize your settlement amount. I hope I never need an injury attorney again, but if I do I will definitely be coming back to Thomas!

Trust. If you ever need an attorney, you want one you can trust. One who will have YOUR best interest, not the company, not their pockets, at heart. That's exactly why I went back to Thomas when I was involved in a red light runner accident. I knew I could trust Thomas and his team to fight for me. I knew they would try their hardest to get back all that was owed, while making sure I was cared for during the process. Every step of the way, Thomas or his team were in constant communication with me. When issues arose, he was automatically on the phone with me, explaining what was happening, what his plan of attack was, and what to expect. Not once did I ever have that "maybe I should have gone with someone else" thought. I felt cared for. I felt like he LISTENED, and I knew in the end, he would fight for me. And he did. I am forever grateful that a simple referral led me to Thomas. In today's world, we have to be cautious of who we have representing us. Not once did I ever feel like Thomas or his team were in it for them. When the red light runners insurance tried to play hard ball and blame me, Thomas called them out and called their bluff. He did what any good attorney would do. When I had NO CLUE what to do, he was right there, guiding me, reassuring me, and giving me that trust. Because of Thomas and his team, I never once worried. It was a huge relief honestly. Thomas is forever on speed dial now. I was lucky to find such a great person and lawyer to represent me in my rideshare accident recently, Mr Grier was able to maximize my deductions on medical charges etc. to be able to take home as much as possible ! He communicated every step of the way and made it very easy to understand, as every question I had was answered in a timely manner I have referred a family member over to him and i’ll be sure to tell anyone in my circle who gets in a accident.

Found him with very little time for extension on my case he helped me out tremendously where I believed I was going to be owing money but instead was given money I was 100% amazed on everything and all the hard work. He very much took the time to make sure I understand the processes and everything that goes through even if I forgot as a human lol. Awesome guy with his staff as well was very much amazing. This has been a tough year for me and I had to realize that Thomas is an attorney, not a counselor or a "get in a wreck, need a check" type attorney. Part of my livelihood was made with the use of my car and when I was t-boned, car totaled, I didn't have the money to get another car (that was the second of two accidents he handled for me). I was without a car for two months, and that set my business and finances on hold, and sent my family back five Years credit wise. None of that is the fault of Thomas. Thomas educated me about my insurance, and had I had under insured motorist coverage, the outcome would've been better. But realistically I've been working hard for that past several years trying to grow a business and I had nothing for a rainy day, I was just Lasor focused on building for my family and this accident put me on the sideline for almost two months and devastated my finances. I forwent physical therapy (NEVER DO THAT), so that the case would finish as fast as possible so that I can get another car. Until then I had to rent a car for business, and it cost me $600 weekly, I didn't have rental car coverage either. This was an expensive learning experience, but Thomas provided me the information, for a better outcome, if this is to ever happen again. Thomas and his team responded to my emails with factual information (even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear), they didn't beat around the bush, he made it clear what I needed to provide, he managed the situation and I was pretty much hands off. When you meet with him he has a genuine persona and makes you feel comfortable, he educates you on your case and changes that should be made to protect you in the future, and he doesn't disappear on you. It's been a roller coaster of a year, but Thomas stayed true to his word and over delivered. He never told me he could help me brainstorm of how I could get a car faster, he never told me that he could comfort me when things were falling apart, he told me exactly what he would do, and did it 110%. I appreciate that! I would recommend, and I would use his service again... Hopefully I never will need to. Thank you

Recently hired Tucker Law Group, McKay Tucker is attorney who assisted me. I was in terrible situation, trying to evict a tenant and I didn't feel safe in my home. I contacted Tucker Law, explained my situation and was quoted a reasonable price (based on other attorney I called) McKay explained the process etc., handled everything and now the tenant is gone.
