This Law firm is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I have tried contacting these people OVER a YEAR and they have yet to get back to me! They have filed an eviction in court against me for an apartment I had never been to in my life and refuse to answer any phone calls or emails I have sent them! They do not care my credit has been affected DRASTICALLY because of an error they have made! ALL I ASKED FOR WAS A CALL BACK TO GO OVER THE SITUATION! Completely unprofessional and ruthless! Samantha and Douglas Nelson has ignored MULTIPLE calls from me and that there lets me know what they did was FRAUDULANT!
