Far exceeded my expectations... I was referred to this practice by a friend who had also, unfortunately, been in an automotive accident. This was the first accident I had been in and I had my newborn in the backseat when we were run off the road. I met with Katie and Leah, detailed the experience and showed them pictures of my injuries. They provided me with resources to obtain immediate medical care and worked diligently once I had completed physical therapy to advocate for myself and my daughter with the insurance company. All of my account documents were accessible through an online portal and most documents were signed online as well, making this is really easy process for me. They took the time to understand my concerns and frustrations and showed true care in regards to the well-being of myself and my daughter. Hiring an attorney for the first time was intimidating but Katie and Leah made this much more simple for me than I had anticipated. Though I hope I never need to hire an accident attorney again, I will definitely be calling Bache & Lynch if I do.

I retained Scott's firm for a fairly large legal engagement, including several emergency filings. His firm was always on top of every detail and he made sure that we clearly understood the impact of various options that we had. Most notable - the way he handled an unexpected weekend matter should be a textbook guide to every other attorney. He made himself available via web conference, saving us a trip to his office, and conducted as much of the administrative work as possible via email. Over the course of three years I believe we only had to visit his office three or four times. I have nothing but the highest regard for Scott and his firm and strongly recommend him.

My husband and I contacted the Weible law firm for assistance with our estate planning (wills, power of attorney and health directives). We were very impressed with the professionalism of the services provided. The pre-meeting worksheets were very helpful and allowed us to think through how we wanted our assets divided among our children and grandchildren. Mr. Weible walked us through and assisted us with making our wishes clear and provided us options for ensuring our legal documents met our desired intent. We appreciated the level of detail provided that allowed us to make sound decisions that looked out not only for us but our family. It is a relief to have all of our estate planning documents in place.

I went to Mr. Weible for estate planning and was extremely pleased with his work. I knew little or nothing about what I might need in the way wills and trusts and he helped me to understand the best options for my situation. I thought my situation quite simple but when I told him about my complex children structure (kids from a couple marriages plus step kids) he showed me how a trust might be better. I always thought trusts were for the rich but this handled my need extremely well and didn't cost a fortune to set up. I loved that he made sure I understood what he was talking about as well. Might have been those blank looks on my face that were a clue but he made it easy for me!

Scott made us feel at ease and guided us through the bk professionally. He advised us poorly. He told us we could stay in the house, make payments and simply turn in the keys when we needed to leave, because "the house is covered in the bankruptcy." Years later we thought we were clear to buy a house and pre-approved spending over $20,000 on land development and contracts. Then underwriting told us our house was foreclosed upon after bankruptcy and they couldn't give us a loan. Money lost and opportunity lost all because of Mr. Weible's bad advice.

I found Mr. Weible and his staff to be very quick in responding in a timely matter to my calls and questions. I had spoken with two other attorneys who were a bit cheaper on initial talks but they didn't seem trustworthy and would have had a paralegal do my case, whereas Mr. Weible took a personal interest in my case. I think he is very straight forward with his clients and gets you the best deal available.
