I don't have any experience with lawyers and such, but overall I had a good experience with them! I was rear ended and my vehicle was totaled back in September, so I called them because they were recommended by a friend. Once we moved into negotiations everything went by pretty quickly. I received letters as well as follow up phone calls and such. We worked closely with Ariana in the beginning who was super sweet and then we worked with Shane who was extremely professional and explained everything to me very thoroughly and had no problem answering my dumb questions.

My case took a bit of time since covid hit right after, however the office took wonderful care of my family and I! So thankful for all your hard work Celia!!!

Although I am not the client, I facilitated the meeting between Taylor & Lihn and my mother. Emily Taylor and the entire team at this firm were exceptionally welcoming, professional, kind, and empathetic with my mother and her needs. Emily took the time to meet with my mother and thoroughly understand her wishes and needs. She kindly offered her professional opinion on how to achieve my mother's goals, and afterwards they prepared the items requested. Another meeting took place and they again thoroughly explained what everything was to ensure that she was receiving what she wanted. My mother went through this process twice to achieve separate goals, and the process, care, and understanding was the same. Both my mother and I highly recommend Miss Taylor and her firm for any estate based legal matters. Taylor & Lihn have set the bar very high for thier competitors and I for sure will be working with them again in the future for my own needs.

Wonderful experience! Ive never had to deal with anything like i did before and my lawyer took care of everything and settled the case for me! I was very hesitant at first but now im so happy i went through with the paperwork and settlement was easy!!
