I will never go here again. Ours was a simple auto accident with the other driver at fault with witnesses. H and H frightened my wife because the other lady's ins co. Said they would countersued for damages. H and H said we could make up our loss by negotiating with the medical bills... which they get half of.

Everyone at Hastings and Hastings was professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the business. I really appreciated being able to talk with staff and attorneys when needed. They do their absolute best for their clients. I would go no where else.

If I could give no stars I would. Sure you meet with an attorney at your initial meeting, and at that initial meeting the attorney gave the impression that she could care less about my case, but after that initial meeting, you're only going to talk to a paralegal. My paralegal was argumentative and condescending, and made me feel like she thought I was working for her, instead of the other way around. They will refer you to dr. if you have injuries, but all that does is create a conflict of interest, because those doctors are feeding the attorneys customers and vice versa. I recommend that nobody goes to Hasting and Hasting. Get a referral from a friend, family member, or co-worker, somebody that's hired an attorney they were happy with, don't pick one off of a TV commercial
