Unfortunately, I am an accident prone individual who had been involved in several “fender bender” accidents, throughout decades of driving. I have used one other injury firm prior to Hastings & Hastings, but since finding my attorney there, Whitney L. Morrissey, I have not thought or considered another, as she has been the best! She and her team know what they are doing, are upfront and honest with me, while delivering me so much more than I ever would have rec’d on my own or with any other firm around. I highly recommend, Whitney L. Morrissey at Hastings & Hastings!

I was in an accident January of this year. It was very traumatic for me and I didn't know what to do. I called Hastings & Hastings. Whitney (my attorney) and Cecelia (my primary point of contact) were GREAT!

Caleb at Taylor & Lihn Was amazing in helping me Get through a probate for my father that had a couple of problems. He patiently walked me through the process and was there when I had questions. It was a bit of a stressful time and with his help I got through it. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are looking for this type of help you need not look any further.

Laura went above and beyond all of our expectations in a defense Lawyer, She worked with us as we live out of state and kept in touch through each and every step. She fought for us as if we were her own family, we were scared and she assured us she would get 3 felony charges dropped down to mistameners and she did just that,, It was unbelievable.
I hope we never need a lawyer again, but if we do Laura will be our First choice.

Hastings and Hastings was extremely helpful in helping me settle my case after my accident in Nov 2019. The process was very unfamiliar to me and they were able to ease my mind. My case was settled in a professional and timely manner and any questions I had, either the lawyer or paralegal was able to help me.
