Didn't end up using her

Compassionate. Competent. Concise. Emily Taylor is all of this and more. My elderly mom and dad needed a new Will and Trust and I was so blown away by everything Emily did that I hired her to review, update and record my estate plan -- even though I just paid another attorney to do it. My mom and dad were very intimidated when they first went to meet Emily -- the whole attorney thing -- and within minutes, they felt at ease and confident that they were in good hands. Emily explained everything in such a simple and understandable way that you could see my parents' anxiety just fade away. What's more, Emily really took the time to listen to my parents' concerns and addressed each one compassionately and knowledgeably. In addition to Emily, her entire team was on hand to answer questions via phone and email and their customer service is second to none. I wish I had met Emily a year ago and never went to the other attorney. I left the first attorney in tears and with Emily, I left smiling. She is that good. I recommend her with the upmost confidence that you will feel respected and reassured that you are making the right estate decisions.
