Jose, once again has done his job! :) I am a single mother of two beautiful kids... and i was facing several serious criminal Charges against me... Mr. Montaño has represented my family before and I didn’t hesitate to have him represent me and once again do what he does best... I was so scared and nervous that I would be going to jail for these charges or loosing my kids...Mr. Montaño had all my charges dismiss completely!!! :D my courts had been changed over and over due to this pandemic we are going threw and I finally had my hearing... after almost 4 months of postponing them... when Jose summited to dismiss my charges to the court and today!! I got the most blessing news ever! It was granted and I am free!! With my kids and no charges file against me!!! I must have talked to a dozen lawyers when deciding what firm to hire. Cindy is the only one that seems like she actually cared about helping me better my future and moving on from my last mistakes with dignity. Most of the other attorneys simple spoke of their success rate and then gave me an estimate that almost sent me to represent myself in the matter I needed help with. The Castillo law firm is very professional but also very caring and understanding. I can tell throughout all of my interactions that the people I work with at the firm care about how my case can affect my future. In my case, we are requesting 4 judgements to be set aside. My case is a little bit more complicated then most set aside cases because of some other motions we had to file before we could file the set aside motions. From the first communication I had, this firm was the 2nd best estimate I got on my case but also the one I felt would take my case the most seriously judging my my initial 45 minute phone call with Cindy while I was still deciding what firm to hire. They even worked with me with the price and charged less than what I had expected originally. It is clear that this firm is not motivated by money but instead by serving their clients and practicing law to help people who have made mistakes. The fees are more than reasonable for their competence. In addition, they are very thorough. Even during the covid 19 pandemic they have been right on the ball. We are still going through the process of finalizing my set asides but we had positive results in the formerly submitted motions and I can say that so far they are 10 stars of 5. Even if we had received bad news on the first motions we filed, I would have been confident that the firm had done everything they could to get a positive ruling. Megan is the paralegal that primarily works on my case and submits the work to Cindy and she has done a wonderful job and she is always responsive.

I employed by a Mexican pop and mom store that sales Mexican and other medications. I was unfairly charged with serious felony charges of selling medications without prescription and mislabeled medications. I was not aware the owner of the store was doing this. Mr. Montaño agreed to take my case and got all felony charges dismissed. The State decided to refile charges again. Mr. Montaño again was able to get all charges thrown out of court. Finally, Mr. Montaño and the State agrees to a misdemeanor offense in exchange for 6 months probation and no fines. I am very happy with Mr. Montaño's representation and I will recommend him to any one with legal problems.

Jose Montano was amazing in my husband's case, I love how straight forward he was and didnt sugar coat anything. It was so comforting how every question I had was answer within minutes everytime, and he was able to get things done in half the time he said. Thank you! I would highly recommend him.

Cindy Castillo is absolutely amazing at her job! She helped me out when I was in a rough situation over 6 years ago. Wow is all I can say! And the best part is I lived 2 hours away and she still managed to make everything happen. She's very great at what she does. When I thought there was no possible way at a great outcome she made it happen. Not only is she a professional at what she does but she is also very understanding, attentive and very personable. She was easy to talk to she and her staff did an amazing job. Always kept me in the loop and never lead me in the wrong direction . Now fast forward to today she is now helping me set aside my charges to better my future and put all this behind me. If there was an option for 100 star rating she would get it in a heart beat. I highly recommend her and her staff to anybody in the arizona area not only will she do a great job but she will make things happen for you !

Dealing with my case Jose walked me through everything. Every step explained and gave me the pros and cons to each option we had...
