Through all the hardships I went through, I always could count on Cindy. The staff really explained the do’s and don’ts and when in doubt they were always there to explain the process. I’ve gone to the Castillo law firm twice and each time I got the best end result. I have to thank this team for everything they did for me And can honestly say it was worth every penny. Cindy failed to show up for a court date, and so did her associate that she said would be there. Her apology didn't help the fact that we were unrepresented in the court room, not even sure what was going on. She was terrible returning phone calls and emails. She was a huge disappointment and just added additional grief and anger in a very negative situation.

I can't express how much I appreciated the hard work you and your staff put in on my case! Cindy came highly recommended and she took on my case with out hesitation. I was going up against allegations that had us pulling out our hair on many occasions. My case was doomed before I met and retained Cindy. Two words professional and compassionate! Cindy represented my wife in a serious DUI matter and aggressively negotiated with prosecutors which resulted in a better outcome than we thought was possible. She made recommendations to my wife regarding treatment options and got the judge to understand her personal struggles and therefore was able to procure probation additional treatment that would not have been possible at larger firms. She is a very special and talented attorney who cares deeply about her clients. When you meet her you will know this immediately and she will make you feel cared for.
