A truck rear-ended me on the highway totaling my car and leaving me with a serious concussion and a massive contusion on the top of my head. I knew immediately I needed lawyer to handle my case as insurance and hospital bills are confusing and overwhelming. John also set me up with a doctor, Dr. Dennis McCracken, who understood the nature of my injuries and provided the treatment I needed. I have recovered from my injury and the headaches from the concussion I was suffering from for months are gone. John also assigned Trent, an amazing paralegal, to be my point person throughout the process. Trent has been patient, available, courteous, and compassionate and has my thanks. Trent always answered questions that I had in a timely and efficient manner. Complicated injuries and cases like this take time, but I never felt abandoned or forgotten about by Trent and John throughout the whole ordeal.
