Brian did an absolutely amazing job handling my case. The odds were definitely stacked against me regarding the outcome for my DUI but Brian was able to land the best possible outcome, and instead of me being charged with a DUI he was able to get it dropped and have the court rule in my favor. He was extremely professional and very communicative regarding my case. 10/10 I would recommend Brian to anybody fighting a DUI case!

My husband received Brian's services in court for a DUI. The court aspect was very well done but there was A LOT of misinformation received about the SR22 duration and suspended license time. After we finished with the court proceeding the MVD said they do not have a communication with the courts so if the lawyer tells you 6 months SR22 or license suspended for a week that is vastly incorrect. The MVD advise a minimum of 36 months with the SR-22. No exceptions. My husband was expecting one week suspension then the ability to get a restricted drivers license but it's actually a month suspension and more steps through the MVD. The interlock time being counted also did not begin until 6 months after our DUI so we had it installed 4 months early for no reason paying all the fees because we were given misinformation from the court, lawyer to MVD. Just a warning the MVD and courts/lawyers do not communicate at all so anything after the court case that the lawyer mentions is not accurate. Please reach out to the MVD separately of the lawyers advisements to have all accurate information/procedures to not waste hundreds of dollars like we did.
