I never thought I'd find myself in this situation, but I did, and my case was not looking good! I had an extreme DUI and hit another vehicle (no injury). I contacted Brian and immediately he set my mind at ease, reassuring me that getting a DUI does not make you a "bad guy". Amazingly, he was able to plead my case down to a regular DUI with the absolute minimum penalty, saving me extensive jail time and fines. Brian also worked with me untangling the incredibly confusing ADOT/MVD rules and regulation. Not too many lawyers will do that. Brian was prompt in responding to any questions, email text or call. I don't even know where to begin. I had been under a whole lot of stress due the pandemic, loosing 6 family members within a 3 month span.
