So thankful for Brian!! Brian is an intelligent and excellent attorney He is very knowledgeable about DUI law in Arizona, and his experiences shows in the courtroom. I live in Colorado, and he made this stressful process easier to complete. Brian was able to get me a great plea deal and worked relentlessly to get my plea reduced to the minimum requirements. He was able to get the court to allow me to complete all of my plea deal requirements in my home state. Brian helped me with the MVD process as well. I feel Brian did an outstanding job and would highly recommend him to anyone facing DUI charges in Arizona.

I was very impressed with Brian's “no nonsense” approach to handling my son’s DUI case in Maricopa County. Getting a DUI is never a pleasant experience, but with that being said, the decision to enlist Brian Sloan as my attorney was the best decision that I could have made. It started with the surprise I had by him answering my call late on a Sunday night. His pricing is straight forward and easy to understand. It leaves you feeling like you are not being nickeled and dimed. His singular focus on DUI cases makes him an expert in all areas. Time is precious, and he represented for me at all the court hearings, with the exception of the day that I took my plea agreement. This was critical in minimizing the commitment of time. He guided me in ways to get ahead of the things that I was going to have to do anyway, such as DUI education courses, etc… (he also is able to get you discounts on this stuff). He was able to get two of my charges dropped, leaving me to only deal with the DUI-Impaired to the slightest degree. Additionally he was able to get my jail time waived. He never failed to remain available for any questions that I had. Thanks you for being so great at what you do.
